The Bureau of Curriculum and Instruction (BCI) is one of the two bureaus of the Ministry of Education.

The bureau is responsible for all school curriculum and instruction program planning and implementation, teacher trainings, testing, and administration of all grants pertaining to student academic development. It is headed by a bureau director.
The core functions of the bureau are carried out by divisions. Each division is headed by a division chief. The BCI has three divisions:
- Division of Curriculum Development and Implementation.
- Division of Instructional Induction, Teacher Professional Development, and Continuing Education.
- Division of Student Testing and Data Collection.
The BCI establishes various offices as necessary, either in bureau or in the divisions, to manage and implement various programs and services, currently:
- FAS Education Grant Program
- Adult Education Program
- Career Technical Education
- Student Services: Job Corp, Special Education, Library Services, School Counseling
