Levels
There are four levels of monitoring
- Case Managers ensure SEDS forms are completed
- Resource Specialists monitor the SpEd process to identify and help case managers correct internal findings
- Database manager provides feedback to Resource Specialists on data anomalies for correction prior to reporting
- SpEd coordinator provides oversight
Compliance Activities
- Case Manager ensures SpEd forms are completed and utilized according to the procedure manual.
- Case Manager ensures key data is entered into the Web App according to the SEDS Protocol.
- Resource Specialist reviews the SpEd process to identify potential findings and initiate corrections.
- For IEPS, the case manager
- obtains a review by the SpEd IEP expert
- correct IEPs
- files the IEP and updates data in the Web App.
- enters data into the E-Binder
- files SE08d every quarter
- Database Specialist prepares the data for the APR
- from the electronic logbook

Student Progress Activities
- Case Manager completes form SE08d (Annual Goal Progress Report) incorporating data from
- School Report Card
- TinyEye service provider reports
- DLM Reports
- Note: Progress reports are submitted to parents at the end of each school quarter
- Case Manager files a copy of completed SE08d
- Case Manager enters activity data into the e-Binder
